We don’t use pesticides so our bees buzz blissfully in Texas, subsisting on Texas shrub.  Poodlebeez has 20 hives on an organic farm and 20 hives on a nature reserve. We rarely intrude on the bee’s habitat, “robbing the combs” as little as possible, and the result is a most delicious, light yet deeply flavorful raw honey that is now available for everyone.
